Rallee Me — Delete your account
Last updated: 17 July 2026
Rallee Me is a single-user assistant: each person runs their own private instance. Deleting your account removes that entire instance and everything in it. This page explains what is deleted and how to request it.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your Rallee Me instance and all data held on it, including:
- your chats and their history;
- your routines, triggers, and their run history;
- your inbox and notifications;
- your connected-account tokens (Google, IMAP, Nextcloud) and connector settings;
- your account credentials and preferences.
This is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
- In the app — open Settings → Delete account and follow the prompt to email us.
- By email — write to support@rallee.me from the address you use, and include your username so we can identify your instance.
What happens next
We remove your instance and its data promptly after verifying your request. Residual operational logs and backups are purged within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Connected accounts
Deletion removes the access tokens stored on your instance, so Rallee Me stops reading your connected accounts. To revoke the authorisation at the provider as well, do so there — for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
